Zoom attendees: thank you in advance for your patience and grace for this meeting. Our tech setup for the ground‑table portion will be a combination of cell‑phone video and lapel microphones. We’ll do our best, but you may experience bonus effects such as shaky cam, slightly off audio/video sync, or occasional gaps in sound. Please turn on closed captions to help fill in any audio drops.

Our regular, stable tech setup will resume for the business portion of the meeting around 8 pm.
