Rainbow Lodge Summer Retreat

Take a break from daily life and join us for 2 nights and 3 days of sewing, inspiration, and community. With all meals and lodging included, you’re free to focus on whatever makes your maker’s heart happiest — sewing, relaxing, exploring the grounds, or simply enjoying time with our people - quilters!

Vibe: 

• Comfortable beds at retreat center. Each room has its own heater with a/c and sink.
• Shared bathrooms with private showers. All bed and bath linens provided.
• Full service family style meals, special diets are exceptionally accommodated.
• Can stay inside the entire time if desired, or camp out on a stunning multi-tier deck with fireplaces, explore private hiking trails or lounge in a hammock.

 ADA accessibility:

Ground floor completely ADA accessible, with retrofitted stair lift to main lodge.

Upstairs - is only accessible by stairs. During registration, please let us know if there is a mobility need we can assist with. One designated fully level/paved ADA compliant parking space at the front of the lodge.

️Parking:  
Carpooling is encouraged! Connect with members on our discord server to coordinate. 
Free Onsite Parking. Parking is a gravel lot on a slight slope. 

️Meals:  
All meals included for overnight campers.

Lunch included for Day campers with the option to add on dinner and/or breakfast.

Dietary Needs and preferences noted during registration. If you have complex or severe food needs, bringing your own supplemental meals is recommended. If you have medical dietary restrictions, and would like to speak to the Camp Chef, please let us know.

Scholarship Offered:
Guild Members may access the scholarship fund to supplement the cost of retreat.

Volunteers Needed:

Many hands make for light work and an awesome retreat!
Everyone can pitch in from planning, set up/tear down, leading activities, bringing snacks, etc.

Cancelation Policy (review full policy here)
Refundable* any time, if someone is able to fill the cancelled spot.
50% refundable* up to 15 days prior to the event, Nonrefundable within 14 days of the event. No‑shows are nonrefundable. (*less a fee of $15 to cover credit processing fees)
